    At GlowMotion Auto, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing Lux Pods LEDs or any other products from our store.

    30-Day Return Window

    Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

    To qualify for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition
    • Be returned in its original packaging
    • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
    • Show no signs of installation, damage, misuse, or modification

    GlowMotion Auto reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

    Restocking Fee

    All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

    The restocking fee covers processing, inspection, handling, and inventory costs associated with returned products.

    Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

    Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as GlowMotion Auto is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

    Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

    If approved, GlowMotion Auto may, at its sole discretion:

    • Replace the product,
    • Provide store credit, or
    • Issue a refund.

    Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

    • Used or installed Lux Pods LEDs
    • Items returned without original packaging
    • Products damaged by improper installation or misuse
    • Products showing signs of wear or alteration
    • Clearance, sale, promotional, or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Shipping fees

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

    After 12 hours, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.

    Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

    If approved:

    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • A 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted.
    • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

    Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

    If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
    • A 15% restocking fee will apply.

    Chargebacks

    Customers agree to contact GlowMotion Auto first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

    Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communications, and order records.
