Thank you for shopping with GlowMotion Auto. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order for Lux Pods LEDs or any other products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times for all orders are:
- 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees.
Delays
GlowMotion Auto is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, GlowMotion Auto is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-marked delivered packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Damaged Items
If your Lux Pods LEDs arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused or remain unclaimed may be returned to us. Any eligible refund may be reduced by:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee
